This fed a small army! The quality of the meat itself is excellent—tender and rich. I deducted one star because the 7.5kg size was slightly challenging to manage in my standard home smoker, and I found the price a tiny bit high compared to seasonal sales.

A beautiful Friboi product. The vacuum sealing was intact, and the beef was handled well. The fat cap was just right—thick enough for moisture but not excessive. I achieved amazing bark and moisture retention throughout the whole 7.8 kg piece. Zero complaints.
