Perfect for my needs! I own a small artisanal soap company, and finding high-quality, pure beef tallow in this quantity is crucial. This product melts beautifully, has a very clean scent, and produces excellent, hard soap bars. The value for money at the 20kg mark is unbeatable. Will be ordering monthly.

Very clean beef fat, ideal for deep frying samosas and making ghee substitutes. The flavor is mild, which is a big plus. It lost one star because 20kg is a massive commitment, and while the price is right, the block was oddly shaped, making it difficult to fit neatly into my standard commercial freezer drawer. Functionally perfect, just slightly cumbersome handling.

Absolutely superb quality beef fat! I use this primarily for making excellent crispy fries and for rendering down into tallow for long-term storage. The purity is fantastic, minimal impurities, and the flavor it imparts is rich and authentic. 20kg is a great bulk price, and it arrived well-packaged and frozen solid. Highly recommended for serious cooks or soap makers.

Good, reliable beef fat, perfect for making large batches of snacks and sweets for festivals. It has a great neutral flavor. I removed one star because the packaging suffered a small tear during transit, leading to a little mess when I opened the outer box. The fat inside was still fine and usable, but better reinforcement for such a heavy item would be appreciated.

High-quality product, certainly. It renders into very clean tallow, perfect for my skincare line. The quantity (20kg) is great value. The reason it’s not a five is purely down to storage logistics. It takes up a significant amount of freezer space, and labeling the block for smaller batches took some time. A fantastic product, provided you have the industrial freezer capacity!

Excellent product for making traditional Egyptian dishes that require true depth of flavor. The fat has a great consistency and melts quickly.
