We have a minimum order of AED 70 for delivery. Delivery is free within Dubai and delivery charges vary for other Emirates. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details about our charges.

You will be charged VAT as per tax rules & you may have to pay a delivery charge according to your location.
The delivery staff would try their best to arrange for the replacement. However, you can contact our customer support for help Immediately. We request you to report any quality/quantity related issues to our Customer Care team within the first 48 hours of accepting delivery of the order. We can assure you of addressing it within the next 24 hours
We accept credit card/debit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and cash on delivery. In case of cash payment, foreign currency will not be accepted. Payment can be made only in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED)
We will send an electronic receipt on your registered email address. It will include the order confirmation, summary, and payment details. At the time of delivery, you will get a detailed invoice with all the information.
We deliver all over UAE including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm al Quwain and Ras al Khaimah
We cannot guarantee any changes to an order once it has been confirmed. We advise you to contact our customer service for any such requests.
