A solid product. Used these for frying with onions and spices, and they cooked up nicely without being tough. They were relatively clean, though I did rinse them well. Good value for 450g, but the packaging could be slightly more robust to prevent leakage during thawing.

High-quality chicken liver that arrived well-chilled. I appreciated that they weren’t broken up into small fragments. They held up well during cooking (used them in a mix). Deducted one star because some pieces were quite large and required cutting down before use.

These chicken livers are very good for making a liver bhuna. The taste is rich, and the 450g quantity is practical. My only slight complaint is that a few pieces needed a little extra trimming of connective tissue, but overall, the quality and freshness are excellent for the price.
