We break these up and freeze them in smaller bags immediately. The quality of the chicken is fantastic
it holds up really well to freezing and subsequent grilling. The flavor profile is authentic Mediterranean. My only reservation, preventing a 5-star rating, is that the pieces aren’t perfectly uniform, meaning some skewered pieces cook faster than others. Great product otherwise.

The chicken was very tender and the marinade smelled wonderful. It cooked up beautifully on the grill. My only small critique is that the spice level was a little mild for our taste, so we added a dash of extra paprika and chili flakes before serving. For a bulk order, the quality is consistent and the price is unbeatable.

Bought this 10kg batch for a weekend event. The chicken itself is high quality
essentially very juicy and the lemon-herb marinade is spot on. We counted closer to 290 pieces, which is within the stated range, but the size variation was noticeable on about 10% of the portions. Overall, it saves immense prep time and is a great commercial solution.

it took significantly longer than anticipated to fully defrost the entire box evenly before we could portion it out. Once cooked, though, it was perfect. Highly recommend for parties.

Very convenient for bulk cooking. The packaging kept the chicken fresh. The marinade is tasty and the meat is lean. I noticed that when slow-cooking a huge portion, the saltiness started to concentrate a bit much, so next time I will rinse the pieces slightly if I am not grilling quickly. Still, a huge time saver for our weekly needs.
