Very solid, high-quality duck that roasts beautifully. My only minor complaint is that the cavity needed a little extra cleaning around the neck area before seasoning. Excellent flavor and good value for the size.

The flavor was rich and authentic, perfect for my traditional meal preparation. The weight was exactly as advertised (around 2.2kg), which was appreciated. Deducted one star because the packaging was a bit flimsy and leaked slightly in the fridge.

Cooked this Peking style, and it worked wonderfully, holding up well to the high heat. Good amount of meat for the weight. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the giblets were loose inside and not bagged, which made removal messy.
