The mutton was very fresh and the overall flavor was great. I
am only docking one star because the consistency of the cut pieces was a little uneven
—some were large ribs and others were much smaller. Managed fine, but consistency could improve.

Used this mutton for traditional Egyptian grilled ribs. The flavor was robust and authentic, and the meat was surprisingly juicy after grilling. It arrived perfectly chilled and well-sealed. Will definitely be reordering next week.
