Very good quality meat for stuffing or making kofta. It smelled fresh upon opening and cooked quickly. It was slightly fattier than I expected based on the label, but it didn’t ruin the flavor profile. A reliable product for everyday cooking.

The mutton mince was fresh and ideal for making seekh kebabs. It held its shape well after mixing with the spices. The 400g size is convenient, though for a large family meal, I always need two packs. High quality, just wish the price point was slightly lower.

Decent mince for a good shepherd’s pie. The flavor is robust, proper mutton taste, not too gamey. Lost a star because I found a couple of small bits of gristle, but overall, it cooked down nicely and wasn’t excessively fatty. A good standard product.

Used this for making some delicious keema matar. The flavor was spot on and it absorbed the spices well. My only minor critique is that sometimes the grind felt a little too fine; I prefer a slightly coarser texture for curry. Otherwise, very fresh meat.
