Solid, standard vegetable oil in an enormous volume. It performs as expected—no strong odors, good smoke point. It loses a star just because storing and managing a 17-litre container is cumbersome; make sure you have dedicated space!

The oil itself is superb—light, neutral, and great for general cooking. My only minor complaint is the 17L tin design. It’s quite awkward to pour without a dedicated pump, and the handle feels a bit flimsy when the tin is full. Excellent product otherwise.
