Amul Processed Cheese Block is completed from graded cow/buffalo milk using microbial rennet. It is delectably creamy and superior supply of vitamin A, protein and Calcium. It is very healthful and rich in milk protein. It is 100 % vegetarian.

This is a solid, dependable cheese. It melts fantastically and is perfect for quick snacks. I dock one star because, being processed, the texture can feel a little rubbery compared to natural cheddar, but you cannot beat the price point.
