Very good quality buffalo meat, excellent for biryanis. The flavor is clean and the meat is tender once cooked. I rated it four stars only because I wish the cubes were slightly smaller for faster cooking, but overall, a solid bulk buy.

The texture is superb, very tender. My only mild complaint is that some slices seemed to have a slightly higher fat content than advertised, requiring a bit of extra trimming on my end. Still a very high-quality product for the price and quantity.

The buffalo slices themselves are wonderful, perfect for tagines. They arrived mostly frozen, but one of the interior packs had a tiny tear in the plastic wrap, which was slightly messy upon defrosting. The meat itself was unaffected and tasted great, so 4 stars.

The best frozen buffalo I have purchased online. The packaging was secure, and the individual 900g blocks made storage easy. The cubes defrost quickly and maintain their fresh texture. Essential for large family meals.

The meat quality itself is high, very good for making tagines and stews. My only small issue is that when storing the large outer box, some of the individual 900g packages were stuck together, making it slightly difficult to separate initially. But the flavor is great.

This is a seriously large amount of meat! Quality is fantastic—very lean and flavorful. The only reason for 4 stars is that dealing with 20 separate 900g packages requires a lot of freezer space organization. Definitely worth the value if you have the space.
