Fantastic quality pulp. It worked wonderfully as a base for my grape jelly and had a deep, rich color. No strange artificial flavors, just pure grape essence. Exactly what I needed for batch preparation. Five stars all the way!

Used this to make a jam base. The color is deep and beautiful, and the taste is fantastic. It loses one star because the viscosity was a bit runny upon thawing, requiring a longer cook time than anticipated to reach the right consistency. Good taste, though.
