This is a very solid product for quick, large-batch applications. It gives mac and cheese that classic, addictive boxed taste, which is exactly what I was aiming for. It is slightly saltier than expected, requiring me to adjust the rest of my seasoning in recipes. Highly functional and the price for 1kg is superb, but slightly high sodium content kept it from a perfect score.

Good quality cheese powder, fantastic for seasoning things like fries or roasted vegetables. The 1kg size is economical, but if you don’t use it frequently, make sure you store it in an extremely airtight container as it can start to absorb moisture and harden quickly. Flavor deserves 5 stars, but the necessary careful storage management brings it down to a 4.
