My only minor critique is that, for my personal taste, I wish they had slightly more of the traditional Indian spices (like maybe a touch more cumin or chili) to really cut through the cheese. The only reason itBs not 5 stars is that they can be a bit greasy if you don’t bake them correctly (definitely use parchment paper). Once you get the technique down, they are addictive. Excellent value when buying this quantity.

However, due to the sheer quantity packed together, a small percentage of the samosas near the bottom were slightly crushed or had minor cracks in the wrapper, causing some filling leakage during frying.
