We break these up and freeze them in smaller bags immediately. The quality of the chicken is fantastic
it holds up really well to freezing and subsequent grilling. The flavor profile is authentic Mediterranean. My only reservation, preventing a 5-star rating, is that the pieces aren’t perfectly uniform, meaning some skewered pieces cook faster than others. Great product otherwise.

essentially very juicy and the lemon-herb marinade is spot on. We counted closer to 290 pieces, which is within the stated range, but the size variation was noticeable on about 10% of the portions. Overall, it saves immense prep time and is a great commercial solution.
