These crab sticks are fantastic for making homemade California rolls. They have a great, firm texture and the flavor is sweet and clean. The 450g size is perfect for entertaining guests.

Good flavor and good value for the quantity (450g). The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sticks tend to break apart a little too easily when slicing them very thinly for rolls. Still a solid, economic purchase.

This is a very high-quality surimi product, definitely better than average. My only minor complaint is that they are slightly saltier than I prefer, but nothing that ruins a meal. Would buy again, but watch the seasoning.
