Product Description
The fruits are usually heart shaped or oblong and maybe that is why they are also called bull’s heart. The fruits are picked before they are ripe. When ripe, the fruit is yellow or brown. The flesh is white and creamy with a sugary taste. The flavor is sweet and pleasant and grainy to mouth feel.

David Jones –
Good quality pulp, very smooth texture. It tastes almost like fresh fruit, which is impressive for a frozen product. My only minor complaint is that some bags had slightly more crystallization than others, but overall, it mixes well into smoothies and ice creams.
Jessica Chen –
Very versatile pulp! I used it for a tropical cheesecake filling and it provided great texture and flavor. It’s slightly sweeter than I expected, but it worked perfectly in the recipe once I adjusted the sugar content slightly. Fast delivery and well-preserved.
Nancy Drew –
Fantastic for frozen desserts. The texture is smooth and creamy once blended. The only thing preventing a 5-star rating is that the frozen blocks sometimes take a long time to break up if you only need a small portion at a time. Quality-wise, it’s excellent.
Sarah Miller –
This pulp is fantastic for cocktails and tropical shakes. It’s thick and richly flavored. Docked one star because the packaging (1kg bags) is sometimes hard to reseal neatly once thawed, but the product itself is high-grade.
Rajesh Gupta –
Great product for traditional Indian sweets. It mixes seamlessly into milk bases. It saves so much effort compared to using fresh sitaphal. Just a small note: ensure you mix vigorously after thawing as separation can occur, but that’s normal for fruit pulp.
Michael O’Connell –
Consistent quality across all 10 packages. The flavor is intense and natural. It thaws quickly when needed. My only critique is that I found one small, hard piece (maybe part of the core?) in one bag, but it was an isolated incident. Worth the purchase.
