Perfectly packaged 500g portion. This chicken mince is exceptionally lean and ground perfectly for quick weeknight meals like bolognese or chili. It cooks quickly and doesn’t require excessive draining. Always fresh upon delivery!

It arrived very quickly and was clearly fresh. We made spring rolls with it, and the flavor was clean. Occasionally, I find the fat content slightly inconsistent between batches (sometimes a little too much), but generally, it’s a very lean product. Will continue to purchase.
