A hefty piece of beef, perfect for smoking. The quality of the flat was fantastic. The reason it’s not 5 stars is that the thickness of the flat varied a little more than I hoped, requiring some careful temperature management. Still highly recommended.

High quality beef, no doubt. It produced fantastic BBQ. The flat was slightly thinner than I prefer compared to the point, which made managing the cook a little tricky, but the final product was still delicious. A minor adjustment in cut consistency would make this perfect.
