Cooked this Peking style, and it worked wonderfully, holding up well to the high heat. Good amount of meat for the weight. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the giblets were loose inside and not bagged, which made removal messy.

Absolutely superb quality. Great marbling, resulting in crispy skin and wonderfully moist breast meat. Far superior to ducks I’ve bought from local butchers. Will certainly be buying this brand again.

The texture and flavor were excellent, and the amount of rendered duck fat produced was outstanding. It was a very close 5-star product, but it seemed slightly smaller than the ‘approx. 2.2kg’ advertised. Still, a delicious centerpiece for dinner.

Very solid, high-quality duck that roasts beautifully. My only minor complaint is that the cavity needed a little extra cleaning around the neck area before seasoning. Excellent flavor and good value for the size.

A very tasty bird. It rendered fat well, making the skin perfectly crisp and golden. It was slightly more expensive than I usually pay, but the overall quality definitely justified the price bump. Great for a special roast dinner.
