Used these blocks for a large catering event. They thawed beautifully and the texture remained firm and moist after cooking. This is high-grade chicken breast at a wholesale price. Highly satisfied with the JBQ brand.

Very lean and tastes great, which is the most important thing. However, occasionally one piece per block required a bit of extra trimming around the edges, maybe 5% waste overall. Still excellent value, but not quite 100% perfect presentation.
