Good size and great value. It performs exactly as advertised in hot dishes—no splitting. My only slight critique is that pouring from the large carton spout can sometimes be a bit messy. Otherwise, highly satisfied with the quality.

Used this for making paneer butter masala. The texture it adds is excellent, very creamy. I wish the carton had a better resealing mechanism once opened, as 1L is a lot for single use, but the cream itself is high quality.
