strong notes of cumin and oregano. I noticed a few pieces were thicker than others, which required slightly different cooking times, but ultimately, it was delicious for making gyros at home.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wish the marinade had a little more heat/chili kick, but that’s easily fixed by adding a little hot sauce when serving. Very good, reliable product.
