The convenience of this 340g pack is unbeatable, which is why I keep buying it. The flavor profile is excellent and hits all the right notes for traditional Sambar. My only small critique is that some of the vegetable pieces were slightly mushy compared to fresh-cut vegetables, which affects the overall texture slightly. Still, for an instant mix, it’s top-tier.
