Meat kibbeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dish made of ground meat mixed with bulgur wheat, onions, and a variety of spices such as cinnamon, allspice, and cumin. The mixture is kneaded and formed into football-shaped balls or patties, which are then either fried or baked.
| Preparation & Usage | 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)., Place the product on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.,2. To fry, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the product and fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil before serving. Regenerate response |
