| Preparation & Usage | 1.Remove the frozen Baida Roti from the freezer and allow it to thaw for about 10-15 minutes. 2.Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat. 3.Once the skillet is hot, place the Baida Roti on it and cook it for about 1-2 minutes on one side until it starts to brown. 4.Flip the Baida Roti over and cook it for another 1-2 minutes on the other side until it is lightly browned. 5.Apply a little oil or ghee on both sides of the Baida Roti and continue to cook it until it is crispy and golden brown. 6.Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce. |
