At SIDCO FOODS, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products—especially frozen and perishable goods—our return and refund policy has been designed to prioritize both food safety and fairness.

Returns for Frozen & Perishable Products

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any frozen or perishable food products once they have been delivered or dispatched from our facility. This ensures that all products meet strict hygiene and safety standards, and have not been compromised.

If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or if the incorrect item is delivered, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide a photo or video as proof of the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or product replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival.

  • The issue is reported within 2-3 days of delivery.

  • Adequate evidence (such as photos/videos) is provided to support the claim.

  • The product has not been opened or consumed.

If your claim is approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement delivery at no extra cost, depending on the situation and product availability.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Offeror “Sale”.

  • Products returned after the 2-3 day window

  • Products that have been tampered with, opened, or partially consumed

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the goods.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
