The delivery was quick and the packaging kept the brisket safe. The marbling was mostly consistent, but the very tip of the flat seemed slightly thinner and dried out marginally faster than the rest. Overall, a great piece of meat for a big gathering.

My only logistical complaint is that it barely fit into my large home smoker, but that’s the nature of an 8.5kg cut! Highly recommended, just check your smoker size first.
