Perfect for pouring over puddings or adding richness to a creamy chicken pie filling. The 1-liter size is very economical. It functions as a cooking cream perfectly, but if you try to whip it slightly for decoration, it doesn’t hold stiff peaks very easily. Excellent cooking quality, though.

Used this cream for both making Béchamel sauce and also in some desserts. It performs very reliably and never splits when heated high. The only snag is that once opened, it seems to go off a bit faster than other liters I’ve purchased, requiring me to use it up quickly.

Pristine Cooking Cream works very well in my curries and for preparing kheer. It gives a nice smoothness. It is a bit pricey compared to other brands, and while the taste is good, I expected just a little more thickness for that truly restaurant-style richness.
