Very good fries overall, especially regarding the texture. The coating provides phenomenal crispness, which is what I look for. My only minor complaint is that they require a good sprinkle of extra seasoning or masala right out of the cooker, as the potato itself is slightly plain. Solid four stars! These are far superior to most generic frozen fries. The 9mm cut is excellent for holding sauces. They lose one star because the 2.5kg size is truly enormous and storing it efficiently in a small freezer is a challenge, but the quality justifies the bulk purchase if you have the space.
