Absolutely brilliant chip for a busy pub kitchen. The coating holds up extremely well, ensuring they stay crisp even when held under heat lamps briefly. Great inherent potato flavor, substantial 9mm cut, and consistent results every time. A regular reorder for us.

My one suggestion would be slightly less added salt in the coating, as we prefer to season heavily ourselves after frying, but otherwise, they perform exactly as promised.

The only reason it isn’t a five-star review is that we noticed some minor length inconsistency in the 9mm cut across the different bags in our last delivery.
