These are very good commercial fries and a reliable choice. The skin-on feature gives them a gourmet feel and they crisp up beautifully. My only slight issue is that they sometimes seem to absorb a tiny bit more oil than the non-coated brands I used previously, but overall, a high-performing product that our diners enjoy.

Solid product for our takeaway establishment. The crunchy coating is a massive benefit for delivery orders, keeping the fries fresh for longer. They taste great and cook quickly. The only reason it isn’t a five-star review is that we noticed some minor length inconsistency in the 9mm cut across the different bags in our last delivery.
