not waterlogged. Used these for a surf and turf party and they were the highlight. Zero complaints, superb quality.

These lobster tails are mostly excellent. The flavor is great, very fresh and sweet once cooked. My only reason for dropping a star is that two of the ten tails were noticeably smaller than the others, making consistency a minor issue for plating. Still a good buy overall.
