Fantastic time saver when cooking for a crowd. The potatoes themselves are good quality. While they are a very strong substitute for homemade, they lack that perfect, fresh-cut texture that I chase. Still, for convenience and flavor, I can’t complain. Highly recommended.

We appreciate the consistency of these wedges across the multiple boxes we order. The flavor profile is reliable. The only issue is that once the massive 2.5kg bag is opened, it’s difficult to seal properly for maintaining freshness in a busy kitchen environment. Otherwise, excellent product.

Excellent value for the size. We go through these quickly. The flavor is great, highly palatable for most customers (we use them in our commissary). The drawback is purely logistical: in a few of the 2.5kg bags, we noticed more broken or small fragments than we prefer, leading to some waste.
