The chicken meat itself is excellent quality and very fresh. It cooked up nicely. My only minor critique is that I had to trim a small amount of silver skin off a few pieces, and the 2 kg bulk packaging is a bit large, making it slightly awkward to separate for freezing immediately. Overall, still a great purchase for the price.
