My only minor complaint is the packaging; while robust, the inner 5kg packs are not highly convenient to reseal once opened if you aren’t using all 5kg immediately.

Good quality chicken, definitely lives up to the ‘calibrated’ promise, which saves a lot of time in trimming. The flavor is mild and perfect for absorbing marinades. It is a solid 4-star product. The only reason it isn’t a five is that despite the good internal vacuum seals, a few pieces had slight freezer burn around the edges, but nothing significant enough to impact the overall yield.
