I was skeptical about ordering such a large quantity, but the paneer is excellent. It’s incredibly fresh and milky. I’ve used it in curries, grilled it, and even added cubes to a Mediterranean salad. It freezes well too, which is a massive plus for this bulk size. Five stars!

Overall, fantastic malai paneer. The flavor is rich and creamy, and it cooked up beautifully in the Kadhai Paneer I made. My only minor issue is that two of the 1kg blocks seemed slightly drier on the edges compared to the others, requiring a bit more moisture during preparation. But for this bulk volume, the quality is still way above the store standard. Would buy again.

It loses a star only because managing 10 separate kilos requires immediate freezer planning, and the shelf life on the fresh blocks is quite short once defrosted (which is expected, but still a logistical hurdle). The taste and texture, however, are top-tier.
