Product Description
An aromatic green paste green chilly ,coriander leaves,mint leaves,ginger & garlic. This green mixture is blended with hung curd,mustard oil and spices to make a smooth marinade. Fresh Paneer is marinated in this green masala to be pan fried on a pan or grilled on a charcoal grill or roasted in an oven. it is an ideal party starter or evening snack with the goodness of paneer and aroma of pudina and coriander.

Great Hariyali paneer, easily cooked in a pan in minutes. The seasoning is spot on and very aromatic. I dropped one star because I found the oil used in the marinade to be slightly heavier than I prefer, making the final dish a tad oily. Still highly recommended for the convenience and depth of flavor.
