A very lean and healthy option. It’s clearly fresh and doesn’t have that grey look you sometimes see. Be warned though, because it is so lean, you absolutely need to add a bit of fat or oil when cooking to keep it moist.

Solid, fresh chicken mince. Used it to make a batch of chili and the flavor was excellent. My only complaint is the quantity; 500g disappears too quickly when cooking for a family of four!

Very good mince for making Egyptian kofta. The flavor is clean and it smells fresh. I just wish the grind was slightly finer, as it would help the kofta mixture bind together even more smoothly. Still highly recommended for freshness.
