Great texture and satisfying chewiness. I appreciate the larger pack size. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price point—a little higher than what I usually pay, but the quality justifies it somewhat. They hold up incredibly well in soup leftovers.

These are really solid noodles. The texture is spot on – firm and chewy. I took one star off because the ‘brown’ flavor is very subtle, almost bland on its own, so they absolutely need a strong sauce or broth. But for the price and quantity, they are a great base.

Good quality Tappen noodles. They are much healthier feeling than the white flour alternatives. My main issue is that you have to watch the cooking time exactly (4 minutes) otherwise they start getting soft quickly. Excellent for bulk cooking, though.
