Five stars for quality and quantity. These Tappen noodles cook perfectly in about 4 minutes. They don’t turn mushy, which is key for ramen. The natural ingredients taste far superior to typical instant noodles. Will definitely be repurchasing the 1 Kg size.

Good quality Tappen noodles. They are much healthier feeling than the white flour alternatives. My main issue is that you have to watch the cooking time exactly (4 minutes) otherwise they start getting soft quickly. Excellent for bulk cooking, though.
