As someone who grew up eating authentic fatayer, these are absolutely superb. The dough is light, and the cheese filling has the perfect tangy saltiness. They are the ideal size for appetizers. The bulk packaging (200 pcs) is great for our weekly gatherings. Highly recommend for genuine Middle Eastern flavor.

Excellent bulk purchase. These are extremely convenient for sudden guests or quick bites during holidays. The cheese is mild and creamy, and the pastry is fluffy. While they are very good, I sometimes add a sprinkle of za’atar after heating to boost the flavor profile a bit more. Solid 4 stars for convenience and bulk value.
