So delicious! The idea of Tandoori Chicken in a soft bao is brilliant. My only hang-up was the instructions provided for reheating. They were vague and I accidentally made the bottom of the bun slightly tough the first time. Once I figured out the best method (quick steam), they were fantastic.

A solid 4 stars. The taste profile is unique and savory, definitely a fun twist. My feedback would be that the amount of chicken filling felt a little sparse. If they bulked up the filling just 10-15%, it would feel much more substantial and satisfying.

The Tandoori Bao Buns were a pleasant surprise. The seasoning on the chicken was excellent and tasted genuinely fresh. I found the sauce within the bun to be a little mild; a bit more lime or yogurt tang would have elevated the dish even further. Great texture on the bao though.
