My only minor feedback is that they are a little mild on the seasoning compared to what our customers prefer; we usually pair them with an extra spicy dipping sauce. Excellent flavor profile for a frozen spring roll; the cabbage and carrots stay surprisingly crunchy. They take a little longer to get truly golden brown in a standard convection oven than the suggested cooking time, but when they are done, they are delicious and perfectly crispy. Highly recommend if you need a huge batch ready to go.
