Very happy with the purchase. The flavor intensity is fantastic and they cook up quickly. They hold their shape well, but I did find that they tend to stick to the baking tray if you don’t use parchment paper or spray oil heavily. Excellent flavor profile though.

Excellent taste and spice blend! They work well as an alternative to fried pakoras for lighter snacking. My only minor critique is that if you cook them just slightly too long in the oven, they can dry out a little bit. Still a great product and good value in the 1kg pack.
