For commercial kitchen use, the 25kg block is easy to handle and store once opened. The unsalted flavor profile is exactly what we need for traditional sweets where specific flavor adjustments are crucial. A highly reliable commercial product.

The blend is robust and works perfectly for general catering needs. We ordered two tubs. One tub arrived with a very minor dent in the side, but the product itself was sealed and fine. Excellent performance overall, just wish the bulk packaging was slightly more robust for shipping.
