I’m relatively new to Indian bread, but these pooris were so easy to prepare. They puff up beautifully in hot oil and are surprisingly light. My only slight drawback is that they absorb a tiny bit more oil than I expected, but that’s perhaps the nature of the poori itself. Excellent flavor.

Very happy with this purchase. As someone who loves poori but rarely has the time to make the dough, these are fantastic. They fry up light and airy. They arrived slightly cold, which affected the handling a little, but the final product after frying was great.
