Absolutely perfect for catering! The coating is light and crispy, and the shrimp inside remains juicy. We used these for a large party, and the 5kg bulk size was excellent value. They cook quickly and consistently. Highly recommend for events or large families.

Good reliable catering product. They are very easy to prepare and hold heat well. The flavor is slightly mild, which is actually fine as it allows various dipping sauces to shine, but they could benefit from a touch more seasoning or salt in the coating blend.
