A very useful starter product. The seasoning is mild enough that you can easily customize it for different cuisines (curry, Mediterranean, etc.). They held their structure well, but they did seem to absorb a lot of the surrounding liquid, so make sure your sauce is plentiful. Definitely purchasing again.
