Chicken tandoori bao bun is a delicious fusion dish that combines the flavors of Indian tandoori chicken with the soft and fluffy texture of Chinese bao buns.

|Remove the frozen bao buns from their packaging and place them on a plate or in a steamer basket. Make sure to leave some space between each bun, as they will expand slightly during cooking. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Place the plate or steamer basket with the bao buns on top of the pot, making sure that the water is not touching the buns. Cover the pot with a lid and steam the bao buns for around 10-12 minutes, or until they are heated through and the dough is soft and fluffy. Carefully remove the plate or steamer basket from the pot using oven mitts or tongs, as they will be hot. Serve the bao buns immediately, either on their own or filled with your desired filling. Alternatively, you can also microwave frozen bao buns by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving them for around 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your microwave's power. However, steaming is generally the preferred method for achieving a soft and fluffy texture.
