Preparation & UsageRemove the phulka roti from the packaging and place them on a microwave-safe plate. Dampen a paper towel and wring out the excess water, then cover the phulka roti with the damp paper towel. Microwave the phulka roti on high for 30-45 seconds, depending on your microwave's power. Check the phulka roti every 15 seconds to prevent it from becoming too dry or hard. Remove the plate from the microwave and carefully peel off the paper towel. Brush the phulka roti with a little bit of ghee or butter, if desired Serve the phulka roti hot with your favourite Indian dish, such as curry or alliteratively, you can also heat frozen phulka roti on a tawa or griddle. Heat the tawa or griddle over medium-high heat, then place the frozen phulka roti on it. Cook for about 30 seconds on each side or until it becomes soft and pliable. Brush with ghee or butter and serve hot.
