Preparation & Usagestuffed vine leaves, also known as dolma, is a popular dish in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. The dish consists of grape leaves that are stuffed with a mixture of ground vegetables, rice, and herbs, then cooked in a flavourful broth. Take the frozen stuffed vine leaves out of the freezer and allow them to thaw in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. In a large pot, add enough water to cover the stuffed vine leaves and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, carefully place the stuffed vine leaves in the pot. Reduce the heat to low and let the stuffed vine leaves simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the meat inside is fully cooked and the vine leaves are tender. Drizzle some olive oil over the top and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired. Enjoy your delicious meat stuffed vine leaves!
